* In case of cancelation for reasons deemed valid, our agency commits to do its best in order to make you beneficiate from a credit that could be used for a future reservation according to availabilities, applicable rates and associated cancellation fees.

* No show of the tenants the same day of the hiring, 100% of the total amount of the hiring will be due to MARRAKECH STAYS.

* The organization of events in the house is forbidden without the agreement of MARRAKECH STAYS.
* The supervision of children is under the responsibility of the parents.

* 50% of the total amount of the stay to be paid for confirmation.
* 2nd deposit of 50% of the total cost, 45 days before arrival.
* Method of payment for the down payments: bank transfer.
* A security deposit will be charged at the time of the check-in as a guarantee and will be returned at the end of the stay.
* For extra services during your stay, the payment method will be cash on site (shopping, massages etc.).
* The supervision of children is under the responsibility of the parents.
