* In case of cancelation for reasons deemed valid, our agency commits to do its best in order to make you beneficiate from a credit that could be used for a future reservation according to availabilities, applicable rates and associated cancellation fees.

* Method of payment for the down payments: bank transfer.
* A security deposit will be charged at the time of the check-in as a guarantee and will be returned at the end of the stay.
* For extra services during your stay, the payment method will be cash on site (shopping, massages etc.).
* The supervision of children is under the responsibility of the parents.
